In a volatile global economy, thousands of people are facing uncertain futures.  In times of reorganisation, redundancy and change, many individuals use the opportunity to review their career and choose career coaching to help them assess their options and create an action plan for moving forward.

Of 2,300 people in the UK polled recently, 57 per cent said that, given their time again, they would choose a different career. Other surveys - from around the developed world - show that up to 80% of people would like to change job or career. The demand for good quality career coaching is potentially vast.

Many people who are dissatisfied with their jobs or facing redundancy are looking to coaches to help them ignite their potential and discover a new and fulfilling career. They immediately see the value in investing in coaching in this part of their life. And yet, helping such clients can be very challenging for coaches. In a very real sense, career coaching is unlike coaching most other issues. As a coach, you may have already discovered this. Clients expect us to guide them through a process which leads to a clear result - deciding on a new career and having a plan for making it happen.

The Firework Career Coaching Programme is a ground-breaking and unique set of materials created by coaches for coaches.  Firework’s reputation as a quality brand has grown over the years and Firework is now an International Coach Federation approved provider. We have trained and licensed Firework coaches in Dublin, Chicago, Glasgow, Brighton and London since 2004. Further training events are planned in Scandinavia.  Firework training is delivered by experienced trainers and associate Firework coaches.

The Firework Career Coaching programme was developed and tested over three years by two ICF accredited coaches to help such clients - and it really produces results! Using the Firework programme, these clients find the work they were born to do. For the coach, it's professionally fulfilling, confidence-building and financially rewarding.

In early 2004, we began offering a limited number of experienced coaches the chance to use the programme. We offer a one-day training intensive which includes a life-long licence to practice as a Firework Career Coach, plus full resources including a comprehensive career coach's manual. We also provide a CD full of additional resources and all assignments, ready to email to your clients.
