Based in SW London, UK, I work with SW or Central London face to face as well as UK and worldwide clients virtually including Skype. Typically, I coach individuals in their 40s from the technology, financial, not for profit and charity sectors.
I help those who feel lost, confused, or stuck in a job they no longer enjoy and who want to make a change but don't know where to start, or what to do instead and who want a career that is meaningful, fulfilling and purposeful.
Hazel offers a comprehensive, structured career change coaching process, specifically designed to help you get really clear on what your ideal career would be so that you:
- learn all about your values, strengths, interests, skills, motivators, and work preferences,
- leave with a clear vision of the career that is absolutely right for you
- have a concrete action plan to help you make it happen.
People I've coached have described me as warm, encouraging, non-judgemental, straight talking, empathetic, with the ability to help them feel at ease and comfortable, whilst also making them think beyond what they have considered before. Sessions are designed to challenge and stretch you so that you get the most from your investment.
Hazel has walked the talk herself, switching careers multiple times, and is very relatable. Her vision is to empower hundreds of people to do what they love and love what they do.
