Do you find yourself at a crossroads? Are you still looking to secure that dream job or are you facing important choices about the direction your working life will take? How should you deal with workplace challenges or find the right balance between work and family? How would you feel if you had a more satisfying and rewarding career?

I have coached a variety of individuals in areas like career development, promotion, coping with redundancy, making a career change, managing anxiety or stress and those returning to work after a career break.

Very often I speak to people who are miserable in their job or are unhappy with where they are, but they don’t know what to do, and they don’t see that they have choices. The initial focus for the coaching is therefore often around building confidence in order to create options.

I can then help you to reconnect with your strengths, expertise and capabilities because often people can lose sight of what they’ve achieved in the past when a job has become unsatisfying.

I’ve enabled my clients to be more confident in their approach at work, whether that’s looking for a promotion, finding their next step or having an assertive conversation with their manager. I show them an alternative perspective, challenge their thinking and help them to recognise that they have choices that didn’t seem possible before.

I am a coach supervisor, a member of the International Coaching Federation and accredited at the organisation’s highest level as a Master Certified Coach.

I work with a broad range of clients from CEOs in international companies and charitable organisations as well as people who are starting out in their careers or are returning to work after a career break. This diversity and the unique nature of the work I do is what makes it endlessly interesting for me.

I provide a structure to help you to review your career so as to find direction and clarity around what you really want. I will also help you to develop a definite, practical strategy to make the changes required, whether in the same or an exciting new role.

Areas that we might cover can include:
- discovering new roles and possibilities
- identifying your transferable skills and experience
- re-working your CV to stand out from the crowd
- developing networking skills and partnerships
- creating a definitive career discovery plan
- interview preparation, practice and feedback
- planning an effective job-search strategy
- tailoring your job applications
- guiding you all the way in the recruitment process
