Licensed Firework coaches

Sally Ann Jones

London

I offer bespoke executive coaching both face-to-face and remotely in central London, and internationally for Board Directors, Partners of Professional Service Firms, Senior Leaders and their Teams. Typically, I work with individuals at a point of personal or professional transition: newly promoted leaders; executives returning to work after extended absence or at a point of inflection where there are signs of a pattern of declining leadership/managerial performance.

I normally start with an assessment tool which enables me to tailor my approach to you and your situation. I draw on my learning and development background and business and coaching experience to meet you at your level, challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone in order to help you succeed.

Jo Ball

Devon - particularly in the South Hams, Totnes, Dartmouth, Dartington, Ashburton, Newton Abbot, Exeter and Plymouth.

I work predominantly with people who want to make a positive difference in their lives and for those around them. I often work with creatives, people from a social care or voluntary sector background, changemakers and those interested in carving their own path.

I offer 1-1 coaching for mothers and also offer Firework for mothers returning to work.

In addition, I specialise in working with people who want to develop their inner resources to sustain themselves whilst creating external change.

My style is warm, collaborative, intuitive, flexible and creative. I love to work in-depth so, alongside your plan for a future career, you have the opportunity to develop practices and strategies that will support you as you step into your future. Getting the right balance of challenge and support can make a huge difference as you work towards a career transition so we work together to ensure this.

Anne De Smet

Leuven (Brussels area), Belgium

I have all types of clients from all kinds of professions and this makes it very rich and interesting for me.
In my previous life I have been an entrepreneur with a company specialised in the organisation of international scientific conferences and meetings. This means I have experience with this sector. Having been a business owner for 20 years now, I'm also well placed to coach people who envisage to start their own business or work for themselves.

Clients tell me I have soft power, I'm a warm, honest and open, combined with an edge of seriousness when needed and absolute determination and focus. I'm often complimented for my energy and commitment. See the section 'praise' on my website for testimonials http://momentum-coaching.eu/en/praise/

I have a blog/newsletter which appears every 2 weeks on Thursday. It can be found on my website under 'Inspiration'

Beverley Acton

London, UK

I design coaching programmes for people who want to develop personally and professionally. To feel motivated, happy, and fulfilled in their careers and lives.

I work with private clients and organisations investing in their people and teams in the following ways:

1) Career change, transition & alignment programmes

2) Coaching for managers & leadership development

3) Working with teams & relationships

I do this work because I love seeing people embrace the fullness of who they are. When we become more confident, resilient, and aware of our strengths, magic happens and it’s a joy to watch that unfold.

Lisa Russell

Berkshire

Coaching for mid-career women feeling unfulfilled at work.

I'm a warm and friendly coach who loves to bring a sense of playful curiosity to all my coaching sessions.

I specialise in working with people who are unhappy at work. I can help you get unstuck, freed up and moving towards work you can't wait to get out of bed for. I use tools from the Firework programme as part of an action-based programme to help you get clear on what lights you up, what work you want to do, and how you're going to get there. And I can help you bring a sense of play to the journey, so that you can get there faster, and lighter.

Graham Tate

I coach face to face across the UK and I am based in Herefordshire

All aspects of business, personal and behavioral coaching. I work across all sectors with a mix of gender and role/position in the organisation.

As a career coach I can help you to create the working life that you really want. I work with a wide range of individuals, ranging from those just starting out in the workplace, through returners to the work, to those who are looking for more career satisfaction.

My coaching style is collaborative. I provide a calm and constructive coaching environment in which you will feel at ease and together we can identify your strengths and passions to create a career you will love. We will look at barriers and create a road-map that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be.

How we work together will be led by you; we can work within a structured programme or take a more flexible approach.

Sinead Howland

St Albans, Hertfordshire

I offer a full career coaching programme for those looking for a career change or looking to return to work after a career break. I am a mum of two young children, hold an MA in Careers and am also a licensed Firework Career Coach.

Ali McNab

London

I am a Career and Leadership Coach, supporting individuals and teams to create balanced, fulfilling, purposeful and successful careers.

I help people develop greater understanding of, and compassion towards, themself; clarifying what is truly important to them; what inspires and motivates them. Giving them the confidence and self-belief to make positive and intentional shifts in their career.
Acknowledging each client is unique, I tailor my approach to their specific needs; helping them explore and understand their strengths, values and drivers so they can identify a career that works specifically for them.

Working together, we develop a vision of how they want their work (and life) to be. Clarifying what has and hasn’t worked in the past, and what needs to change. Helping them to create clear action plans to move towards their vision and to develop tools to help maintain a positive mindset.

Leila Denison-Pender

London

I specialise in career change and direction, working with people who are reassessing their lives and looking for a more fulfilling career. This can encompass either a complete career transition or just a better fit within their current industry.

I work with clients from all walks of life and all ages, from mid management with 15 years’ experience in their field who now want to do something different to young people at the beginning of their career trying to find their path.

I have a background in recruitment and have worked extensively with people within Financial Services, Advertising and Creative agencies.

I love using creative coaching techniques to really tap into my clients’ subconscious and intuitive streak.

I speak French and Spanish and can conduct coaching sessions in those languages too if need be.

My style is a mix between structured and "flowy"; very intuitive, I like to use creative techniques (visualisations etc); challenging and supportive
