Stien Gijsbrechts

Ekeren (Antwerp) in Belgium

I love working with people who are looking to better their lives by finding a career built on their strengths and their needs.
I have a lot of experience with parents who find that they need a different balance in their lives whilst their children are small.
In addition I have worked with people who are face a 'bore-out' or 'burn-out' and are looking for a new reality.

I would describe my style as supportive and result-oriented. I tend to see through the stresses of my clients to their true strengths. I do expect my clients to take responsibility and ownership of the coaching process. What I mean with that is that I am not going to 'whip' or 'chase' my clients into shape. That is up to them to do.

I enjoy coaching those who are looking for a new direction and this could include those who are returning to work after a career break. I also have a particular interest in diversity. My background is predominately within the education industry having worked in schools, colleges and universities.

My coaching style is motivational based. It inspires me to help clients work within a growth mindset perspective to enable individuals to reach their ultimate goal. I tend to be fairly structured in my approach and like to keep the client informed of the progress they are making.

Kate Cusack

Brighton, East Sussex, UK

I am a Life and Career Coach, based in Brighton, UK. I work 1:1 with clients locally, or with clients from all over the world using telephone or Skype.

I work with anyone who feels they would like more meaning and fulfilment from their career, but isn’t exactly sure what that career is, or how to get there. I get huge satisfaction from helping clients go from confusion to clarity on which direction to take in their career, to achieve true happiness and satisfaction from their work.

I love working with the Firework Programme because it uses unique and varied exercises to uncover who you are and what really makes you tick, so you can address the question of what career is really right for you, based on an in-depth awareness of what you need to be truly happy, both in your life and your career.

Beverley Acton

London, UK

I offer the Firework career coaching programme to individuals who are ready to make a transition and committed to change but for whatever reason are experiencing a block.

My bespoke coaching services attract clients who want to achieve personal goals in order to lead a more fulfilling life. When I work with someone in this way we create a plan tailored to their needs and aspirations.

I have a varied client base because I’ve worked in the recruitment industry for a long time in different sectors. A lot of my work comes from my network and referrals.

Kat Atherton

London, UK

I coach people in their 30s and early 40s who are at a career crossroads and want to find more fulfiling work. Most of the people I work with have no idea - or a vague idea - about what they want to do next but lack the clarity or self belief to move forward.

I offer a structured and holistic approach to exploring career change confidently. Following a structured approach, combined with the flexibility to respond to individual needs, I encourage my clients to push themselves beyond their comfort zone in order to open up new opportunities and generate new perspectives.

I'm based in London and whilst I'm happy to hold sessions face-to-face, many clients prefer the option of Zoom coaching sessions. Typically we'll work together on a fortnightly basis for a minimum of 3 months.

Linda Bridge

I'm passionate about supporting people to find work they truly love. I believe that it's impossible to put your job in a neat little box. It impacts your whole life. I believe that your career should be an extension of you. It should play to your strengths and fuel your passions. It should light you up every day. You should get paid for being YOU.

For the past 20 years, I've worked within the retail and online space, heading up complex hiring operations for market leading brands. I set innovative recruitment strategies, built world class teams and supported thousands of individuals to transition into new roles. Looking back, what fascinated me most was how people genuinely excel when they are in roles they love. And how what we want from our work can change, as we do, over time. And that that's perfectly ok! I decided to explore that further, and in 2014, I left the corporate world behind to set up my own career coaching practice full time.

Amy Savage

London

I work with a range of people, many of which are from the creative industries given my background. Most importantly I work with people from all ages and backgrounds who want to live their lives to the fullest and are committed to making a change. These include:

  • People who are looking to find more fulfilment and enjoyment in the life/career.
  • People who want to consider a career change
  • Women returning to work after maternity leave, a career break or a change in career direction

I have been described as warm, enlightening, and inspirational, but I'm also prepared to challenge habitual and obstructive behaviour or thought processes. I have the skills to tackle issues in a positive and productive way. And mostly, I have a passionate belief that work should be a fulfilling and enriching part of our lives.
