I specialise in helping people find a way through mid-life career review and change.
We might be a good fit, if you are in one of these situations:
- Facing redundancy and wanting to rebuild your confidence or review your choices.
- Out of love with your work; you want to do something else, but don’t yet know what.
- Considering self-employment or starting a business; you want to do something you enjoy, have more freedom and make a living.
- Returning to work after time at home with children or as a carer.
- You want to get clarity about your next steps and regain your confidence.
What my clients say about my coaching style:
I use the GROW model and my style is straight forward and to the point. I use a background questionnaire right at the start to set the scene and we can then agree on the key areas to focus on. I use models to facilitate our conversations, and the tools from Firework.
I am a career coach working predominantly with mid-career women who want to find ways to work well and live well.
I work with professionals in their 30s, 40s and 50s to reinvent their careers into something they love.
When clients come to me, they say things like "I'm successful at what I do, but it's never really felt like 'me', or "I've always felt like a bit of an 'imposter' at work, and I'm worn out." I also work with women with young families who say "I'm ready for something for me again." They are ready for a change, after having taken a career break to focus on family. However, the career they had before having a family is no longer a good fit for their lives.
I have more than 20 years of experience in executive coaching working with companies from different industries and with management staff of all hierarchies and functions.
I specialise in:
- change & transformation
- transition coaching
- leadership performance
- career coaching
My approach is action-oriented and pragmatic. Its fundament of eclectic ”practice theory” has proven effective and is derived from many years of intensive studies of concepts of management, organization and leadership development. My clients cherish my strategic and conceptual expertise combined with a fine sense for human beings. Coaching for me is guided reflection leading to concrete steps of action.
My clients range from new managers to senior executives and are based all over the world. what they have in common is that they are professionals who are or have a strong desire to transition into a new role, new company or brand new career.
"Nathalie’s frank but positive and non-judgemental approach leads to conversations that are sometimes painfully honest but ultimately empowering and action-focused."
A comment received from a client recently says it all about my style. I believe in empowering my clients to be themselves always in all circumstances.
Hi. My name’s Dan Beverly and I’m a Leadership & Performance Coach. And very simply: I help professional women achieve their highest potential.
And for some of my clients that plays-out as a new job or promotion. For others, it’s about a complete shift in career or business. Whilst for others, it’s just about excelling in who they are and what they do.
But what unites all my clients is that they come to me at a pivotal moment in their careers. A moment that will really define their success – and their path for the next 5 – 10 years.
And in that pivotal moment, I inspire my clients to play full out.
Because there’s only ever one challenge for us all. Being more of who we already are. And so, my leadership coaching approach revolves strongly around the 3 core themes of: Reinvention + Creativity + Ownership
I love working with people who are looking to better their lives by finding a career built on their strengths and their needs.
I have a lot of experience with parents who find that they need a different balance in their lives whilst their children are small.
In addition I have worked with people who are face a 'bore-out' or 'burn-out' and are looking for a new reality.
I would describe my style as supportive and result-oriented. I tend to see through the stresses of my clients to their true strengths. I do expect my clients to take responsibility and ownership of the coaching process. What I mean with that is that I am not going to 'whip' or 'chase' my clients into shape. That is up to them to do.
I specialise with coaching relationships where:
Explore, dream and discover. How great would it be to do something you enjoy and to stand in your strengths?
Besides Life coaching, I offer bespoke Career Coaching sessions looking at your current situation and your ideal future goals.

A bit more about me:
With over 15 years’ experience working in both TV production and Media Recruitment, my desire to help, the want to listen, motivate and inspire has always been part of my story line.
I am a Life and Career Coach, based in Brighton, UK. I work 1:1 with clients locally, or with clients from all over the world using telephone or Skype.
I work with anyone who feels they would like more meaning and fulfilment from their career, but isn’t exactly sure what that career is, or how to get there. I get huge satisfaction from helping clients go from confusion to clarity on which direction to take in their career, to achieve true happiness and satisfaction from their work.
I love working with the Firework Programme because it uses unique and varied exercises to uncover who you are and what really makes you tick, so you can address the question of what career is really right for you, based on an in-depth awareness of what you need to be truly happy, both in your life and your career.
