Pheona Croom-Johnson

London, Middlesex and Surrey

All aspects of business, psychological and behavioural coaching. I work in all three sectors and with a healthy mix of gender and position/role within an organisation.

My coaching is based on the belief that everyone has the resources to work through their opportunities/challenges and my role is to help facilitate that journey. I use different theoretical frameworks, methods and techniques dependent on the client need and is flexible in my style and approach. Two of my passions are firstly the opportunity to assist in developing patterns of behaviour to achieve desired outcomes and secondly, to maximize effective communication by increasing self awareness and developing communication options.

Ana Paula Nacif

Kent & London

I am an experienced coach and personal development trainer who works with individuals on career progression and leadership. I work with middle and senior managers in the public and not-for profit sectors.

My coaching style is insightful, challenging, intuitive, encouraging, direct and energetic. By creating an atmosphere of trust, I am able to challenge comfort zones and tap into the resourcefulness of my clients with clarity. Clients say that I am a dynamic and insightful coach who is not afraid to push the boundaries to support my clients to achieve their full potential.

My coaching style is based on authenticity. I listen to my clients and explore opportunities and support them in discovering the solutions by themselves. I believe in authenticity and honesty. I live my life with a belief that helping others is the purpose of my life.

Leigh Jackson

London/Greater London (face to face coaching); rest of UK and world-wide (via Skype/Facetime).

My particular interest is in providing career and leadership coaching to introverts and "quiet" people who often find it difficult to be seen and heard in corporate environments. I have a corporate communications background, so I really enjoy supporting my clients to find their authentic voice, to develop their personal brand and to communicate with impact and confidence. I often work with people in the high-tech industries - that's also part of my background.

My clients tell me my coaching style is exhilarating, motivating and supportive! They get fired up and inspired as a consequence. When appropriate, I like to bring energy to a session and to support my clients in moving forward and taking action in their careers and in their communication styles. As a CTI co-active coach, however, I also like to be "in the moment" with my clients when required.

Helen Burgess

Cheshire based, offering face to face coaching in Manchester, Lancashire and North Wales. Skype coaching available countrywide.

I specialise in coaching individuals at pivotal moments in their career; enabling them to grow their confidence, expand their skills and build their resilience to thrive, rather than just survive through transition.

I offer a range of coaching options, from one off help as a ‘thinking partner’ to a programme over several months that offers a deep personal ‘exploration’, using psychometrics and neuroscience to uncover your strengths and values. At the end of the coaching programme you will have gained clarity in your thinking and a focused action plan that you feel confident, excited and energised to move forward. The first consultation to examine what you are drawn to (or are being driven from) is always free.

My career coaching is ideal for:
• Mid-career professionals who are successful but not fulfilled in their current role
• New graduates looking for career direction
• Men or women returning to work after a career break

Stien Gijsbrechts

Ekeren (Antwerp) in Belgium

I love working with people who are looking to better their lives by finding a career built on their strengths and their needs.
I have a lot of experience with parents who find that they need a different balance in their lives whilst their children are small.
In addition I have worked with people who are face a 'bore-out' or 'burn-out' and are looking for a new reality.

I would describe my style as supportive and result-oriented. I tend to see through the stresses of my clients to their true strengths. I do expect my clients to take responsibility and ownership of the coaching process. What I mean with that is that I am not going to 'whip' or 'chase' my clients into shape. That is up to them to do.

Aurelia Rogalli

Richmond, Surrey, UK

As an entrepreneur and new mum, I specialise in career coaching and personal development for management level (5-15 years work experience) as well as mothers returning to work after maternity break. Most of my clients have a corporate background and are looking for more fulfilment, either through a career change or through a side project in their life.

I am calm, intuitive, challenging and direct. I expect hard work from my clients so they can make the most of our sessions and move forward in their careers.

Christine Butenuth

London, UK

My coaching emphasis is targeted to individuals with undergraduate and higher degrees especially in science, engineering, mathematics and medicine who wish to use their undoubted intelligence and experience for "enterprises" that require an acumen and insight they have not had to develop either during their degree or during their career. This can include assisting them to develop their own business based on their personal strengths.

I like to have an open conversation with clients to help them help themselves, giving them the benefit of my experience along the way and encouraging them to think logically as distinct from "romantically" about their aspirations and potential, not forgetting the resources (personal or otherwise) upon which they can draw.

Andrea Anderson

Brighton, Sussex & Central London

I specialise in working with people from creative, digital, fast paced, or entrepreneurial business backgrounds. People who may be:

• Successful but frustrated and unhappy in their current career
• Full of ideas but unsure how to make them happen
• Women who have become mothers, who want an autonomous and fulfilling career that allows them to live the life they want to live now.

My style as a coach is warm, intuitive, and, at times, direct. I encourage experimentation and action. This helps the people I work with realise their potential and affirm their confidence.
