Licensed Firework coaches

Sarah Gonzalez

London, England

I work primarily with clients who are in a career transition. I tackle each stage of the career transition process, from creating professional goals; to working toward a promotion or into a new position; to completing a 180 degree career shift. I am also a mum of twins and work directly with Mums who are struggling with both career transition and embracing their newfound identities.

I take a practical and grounded approach during my coaching sessions and believe that we are ultimately one of our own best resources in deciding our next steps. Through support in identifying our unique values and resources we are able to work through both professional and personal issues, which are often closely linked.

Emily Taylor

Sussex, UK

I work with people who want to make changes in their working life and are longing for greater fulfilment in their career. Clients have often been successful in their career so far, but now describe feeling stuck or at a crossroads where:

  • they want to do something that feels more meaningful or ‘right for them’
  • they want to regain balance in their lives or are facing changes such as returning to work after having children or redundancy
  • working out what to do next feels overwhelming; some have a dream but no plan, others have little idea yet, just not what they are doing now!

I also coach people in small/medium businesses or organisations who want to help maximise their own or others performance. I am experienced at coaching leaders and their teams on a wide range of goals including leadership, emotional intelligence, managing change, building confidence and self-awareness, MBTI and career development.

Geraldine Locke

I specialise in mature career changers looking to make end of career decisions, and moving to a portfolio approach to life, pre-retirement. I coach both one-to-one, with couples and in groups.

I have a down-to-earth, common sense approach to coaching. I use a strengths based approach to helping clients facilitate their journey of self discovery, and help clients to be open minded and practical when facing the choices in front of them.

Helen Burgess

Cheshire based, offering face to face coaching in Manchester, Lancashire and North Wales. Skype coaching available countrywide.

I specialise in coaching individuals at pivotal moments in their career; enabling them to grow their confidence, expand their skills and build their resilience to thrive, rather than just survive through transition.

I offer a range of coaching options, from one off help as a ‘thinking partner’ to a programme over several months that offers a deep personal ‘exploration’, using psychometrics and neuroscience to uncover your strengths and values. At the end of the coaching programme you will have gained clarity in your thinking and a focused action plan that you feel confident, excited and energised to move forward. The first consultation to examine what you are drawn to (or are being driven from) is always free.

My career coaching is ideal for:
• Mid-career professionals who are successful but not fulfilled in their current role
• New graduates looking for career direction
• Men or women returning to work after a career break

Clare Boland

Haute Garonne, France

Languages: English, French

I coach women in their 30's and 40's who are either going back into the workplace after maternity leave or women who are concerned they're not on the right track

I'm optimistic, creative and practical and help women to get off the hamster wheel of "I must do this" to allow them to take time to really consider what they want and not what others want from them. In short, I get women to think about themselves and really find out what they want from life and their career.

Jo Ball

I work predominantly with people who want to make a positive difference in their lives and for those around them. I often work with creatives, people from a social care or voluntary sector background, changemakers and those interested in carving their own path.

I offer 1-1 coaching for mothers and also offer Firework for mothers returning to work.

In addition, I specialise in working with people who want to develop their inner resources to sustain themselves whilst creating external change.

My style is warm, collaborative, intuitive, flexible and creative. I love to work in-depth so, alongside your plan for a future career, you have the opportunity to develop practices and strategies that will support you as you step into your future. Getting the right balance of challenge and support can make a huge difference as you work towards a career transition so we work together to ensure this.
