If you're interested in becoming a Firework licensed career coach, we'd like to invite you to speak to one of our Ambassadors. These are senior Firework-licensed coaches who can explore with you whether the programme would be a good fit – and give you a chance to ask any questions you have.
Please note: you must be an existing coach to be eligible for the programme.

I spent a lot of time researching how I could get further training in career coaching and I don't know what I would even compare it to. Firework was the only obvious choice. I have made my investment back many, many times over.
Does the programme work for coaches who want to focus on career development coaching as well as career transition coaching?
Yes. The Firework is a comprehensive career coaching programme, designed to help your clients find more fulfilment in their work, whether it's through career transition or career development.
What criteria do I need to meet to take part in the programme?
You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the fundamentals of coaching (through coach training and / or your own individual practice) and a clear rationale for why you would like to take part.
How many sessions would I need with a client to take them through the Firework Programme?
We've typically seen that Firework-licenced coaches take between 8 and 12 sessions to take a client through the full Firework programme. Many coaches also use the tools on an ad-hoc basis with their clients.
How long is the Firework licence for?
It’s a lifelong licence.
How often do you run the programme?
Currently twice a year.
What are your 2020 programme dates?
Our programmes in 2020 will take place on 16th June and November 2020 (exact date TBC).
Do you offer rates for coaches on low incomes?
We have one bursary per programme available for an outstanding, genuine low-income applicant.
This is by application only and we will require information about your household income for the last three years.
