About Firework Coaching Company

Firework was set up by two very experienced, accredited personal and professional coaches - Marianne Craig and Kate Edmonds. Based in the UK, working face-to-face and by telephone, they coach clients throughout Europe, North and South America and the Middle East.

Marianne and Kate are passionate about enabling clients to discover the work that will truly fulfil them, and then go out and make it happen. Over the past ten years, they've both helped hundreds of clients to do just that.

The Firework Career Coaching programme grew out of the work that Kate and Marianne have done with clients. It's the distillation of years of experience, practical creativity and a deep understanding of what it takes to engage clients through a difficult process such as a career change.

"We came together when we both realised that this was one area of coaching we both struggled with," says Kate. "Our existing coaching skills alone didn't seem to be sufficient to give us confidence with clients who wanted a total career makeover. So we decided to create a process that would work."

"The programme requires good coaching skills to get results - but that's all it requires," says Marianne. "And it really boosts your confidence knowing that you've got a clear structured process to guide the client through - and that in turn can help you coach to your highest ability."

Kate Edmonds has moved on to pastures new and Marianne Craig is now the sole Director of Firework Coaching Company Ltd. Marianne has helped many clients find new and fulfilling lives and careers, and dozens of coaches find confidence in a rewarding coaching niche. A graduate of Coach U and The Coaching Supervision Academy, Marianne was awarded the International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach accreditation in 2002 and ICF Master Certified Coach accreditation in 2005. As well as running a successful career coaching business, Marianne is also a Mentor Coach and Coaching Supervisor working with coach clients and she is the author of the popular ebook So You Want to Become a Coach. Before becoming a coach, she enjoyed success as a clinical hypnotherapist and previously ran her own research consultancy. Marianne is also co-founder of Mirus Coaching for Social Change, offering low cost coaching to social entrepreneurs and human rights activists.
