Juliette Dyke

Brighton, East Sussex, UK

I specialise in career coaching for women, helping those in their 30s, 40s and 50s navigate career change, find meaningful work and build a more fulfilling working life. As a career coach based in Brighton, East Sussex, I support women who feel stuck, unfulfilled or ready for a new direction, whether they're considering a midlife career change, exploring alternative career paths or looking for work that better fits their strengths, values and priorities.

I also specialise in supporting women returning to work after a career break, particularly after maternity leave, and working mothers who want to balance their career ambitions with family life. Whether you're questioning your current role, considering a complete career change or struggling with confidence at work, I'll help you explore your options, recognise your strengths and create a practical plan for moving forward.

My coaching combines the Firework career coaching framework with positive psychology and counselling skills. My style is warm, supportive and gently challenging. I'll give you space to explore what matters to you, while asking thoughtful questions that help you recognise your strengths, question unhelpful assumptions and move past self-doubt. Together, we'll explore your options and identify practical steps towards a more meaningful and rewarding career.

Clare Boland

Haute Garonne, France

Languages: English, French

I coach women in their 30's and 40's who are either going back into the workplace after maternity leave or women who are concerned they're not on the right track

I'm optimistic, creative and practical and help women to get off the hamster wheel of "I must do this" to allow them to take time to really consider what they want and not what others want from them. In short, I get women to think about themselves and really find out what they want from life and their career.

Monika Larini

Estonia (face to face coaching) and worldwide clients online

Many encourage people to step out of their comfort zone. I rather believe that people should make unknown situations more pleasant and interesting by expanding the boundaries of their present world.

It is indeed a matter of point of view: a career coach helps you find different perspectives on your work life that allow you to transform your initial conundrum into new inspiring beginnings, choose concrete actions amidst an overwhelming range of possibilities, and let your initial fear of the unknown turn into curiosity about what you will soon discover.

My coaching style has developed through the interaction between professional academic education and working in predominantly creative environments.

As a coach, I can be more supportive of those who see work as self-fulfilment and a strong part of their personal identity than just a way of earning a living.

My personal career experience also helps me to be a more sensitive supporter to people who are moving towards a career change, no matter whether it is deliberately planned or due to external factors and often unexpected.

I am an empathetic & open-minded coach, and I can sometimes be confronting. My coachees say they came out with practical lifetime tools to help them move forward, they also feel that their focus has increased and that their self-awareness has grown tremendously. This has often resulted in a promotion or a visible impact on their peers’ interactions.
