Licensed coach: Kelly Campino
I am a Chartered Coaching Psychologist (BPS) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in Switzerland, working with leaders and high-performing professionals worldwide, navigating work-related pressure, complexity, and change.
I offer highly personalised 1:1 psychological coaching for individuals seeking greater clarity, confidence, resilience, and sustainable performance at work. My clients often come to me during periods of transition, increased responsibility, organisational complexity, or when they feel stretched, uncertain, or disconnected from their leadership identity.
My work is grounded in evidence-based coaching psychology, integrating positive psychology, Acceptance and Commitment–informed approaches, solution-focused methods, and person-centred practice. I place strong emphasis on self-reflection, values, strengths, and psychological flexibility, supporting clients to make meaningful, sustainable changes rather than short-term fixes.
I am known for my open, thoughtful, and authentic style, and for creating a psychologically safe space where clients can think clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop new ways of leading and working that align with both performance demands and wellbeing.
My services include:
- 1:1 executive and leadership coaching
- Coaching for professionals experiencing work-related stress, overload, or reduced confidence
- Support during career transitions, role changes, or increased leadership responsibility
- Coaching focused on resilience, wellbeing, emotional regulation, and sustainable performance
- Values-based and strengths-focused coaching to support clarity, motivation, and direction
- Psychometric assessments and reflective tools to deepen insight and development
Alongside my 1:1 work, I collaborate with organisations and, where appropriate, partner with a network of experienced coaching psychologists to support leadership and wellbeing initiatives at scale.
