I specialise in coaching mid to senior level managers and leaders who are navigating change professionally and personally. I work with a mix of private and corporate clients, here in the UK and internationally.
I help people: preparing for or transitioning into a new role, taking on additional responsibilities, leading change within their organisation, looking for new opportunities, dealing with redundancy, considering a career change, or looking to improve performance.

Christine Butenuth
My coaching emphasis is targeted to individuals with undergraduate and higher degrees especially in science, engineering, mathematics and medicine who wish to use their undoubted intelligence and experience for "enterprises" that require an acumen and insight they have not had to develop either during their degree or during their career. This can include assisting them to develop their own business based on their personal strengths.
I like to have an open conversation with clients to help them help themselves, giving them the benefit of my experience along the way and encouraging them to think logically as distinct from "romantically" about their aspirations and potential, not forgetting the resources (personal or otherwise) upon which they can draw.

I help mid-senior level people in the corporate world get clearer on who they are and what they really want in life, and then coach them as they make it a reality. I also work with forward-thinking organisations who wish to retain their talented employees and harness their renewed energy and ideas to boost the organisation’s social/environmental impact.
I'm firm and supportive. I gained a strong understanding of the corporate world working for Accenture for 18 years in Paris and London. I work predominantly with people who want to make a positive difference in their lives and for those around them. I often work with creatives, people from a social care or voluntary sector background, changemakers and those interested in carving their own path.
I offer 1-1 coaching for mothers and also offer Firework for mothers returning to work.
In addition, I specialise in working with people who want to develop their inner resources to sustain themselves whilst creating external change.
