I work in 1:1 and small group coaching settings via Zoom. Clients typically work with me in 3-6 month intensives and, after that, switch to booking sessions every few weeks, if desired. Our work together includes bi-weekly coaching calls, voicemail support between sessions, and customized activities/exercises. I work with evidence-based tools, including powerful questions, courageous reflective dialogue, visualizations, somatic practices, values work, and behavior change tools.
