I am a career coach based near Chichester in West Sussex. I work with clients locally and online throughout the UK.

I support people who know that something about their working life needs to change but are struggling to see the way forward. They may feel stuck in an unfulfilling role, exhausted by a difficult working environment, uncertain about changing direction or frustrated that their applications and interviews are not showing what they can offer.

My coaching commonly focuses on three areas:

• finding a new career direction when you are unsure what comes next;
• creating a healthier, more rewarding role or way of working;
• communicating your value more confidently in job applications and interviews.

Clients often arrive having lost sight of their strengths or believing that they have somehow failed. I help them make sense of what has been happening, recognise the experience and value they bring, explore realistic possibilities and turn their thinking into practical next steps.

I listen closely and tend to notice patterns, strengths and possibilities that clients cannot yet see for themselves. I create a supportive, non-judgemental space for honest reflection, while also asking questions and offering practical exercises that help people move beyond reflection and take action. My approach is always shaped around the individual rather than a fixed coaching process.

Before becoming a career coach, I spent 25 years working in education, training and people development. I have also experienced redundancy and significant career change myself, so I understand how unsettling it can be when an established professional identity no longer feels secure.

I am a Firework Licensed Career Coach and a member of the Association for Coaching. Sessions can take place in person near Chichester or online.
