Gemma Rogers

Cheltenham

I support adults through mid-life career change and students reconsidering their direction during or after University.

Wherever you are in life, you want to make a change in your career, but don’t know how or where to start. Perhaps you’re experiencing a lack of confidence and sense of feeling stuck. Having experienced my own sense of unease within my previous career in fashion, I understand that change can feel big and scary! I attribute my big career shift down to my own work through the Firework programme.

I became a licenced Firework Career Change Coach in 2018 and am also a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Children's and Young Person's Counsellor. Change often comes with a lot of anxiety and stress and I combine my coaching with more therapeutic work to support you through the challenges you face.

Marina Burton

London and Surrey

I believe everyone deserves to find their 'why' in life. I work with passionate, young professionals predominantly in their 20's and 30's to help them find fulfilling, meaningful work. This can mean helping you navigate a career change, developing your existing role, starting your own business or anything in between.

I offer a structured and comprehensive approach, enabling clients to understand what they want from their careers, what they're capable of, and an explorative process to discover new career pathways. We would typically work together over three to six months depending on the pace you feel comfortable with. I also offer bespoke programmes starting from six weeks.

Sessions typically take place online, but I also work face to face in the London & Surrey area.

Kellie Wardman

United States

I focus on helping people achieve their largest and most expansive lives. Individuals, managers, and C-suite leaders in a variety of situations and positions—who work for non-profit and for-profit organizations. I am honored to work with an inspiring mix of coaching clients from different backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, dimensions of diversity, and lived experience.

My coaching style is supportive, reflective, and open-hearted. But I love to challenge clients to bravely explore new perspectives and game-changing beliefs about themselves and what they are capable of. I invite clients to bring in all kinds of wisdom to the coaching--not just what their head tells them, but what their body and intuition tell them as well! I also believe all voices matter, and I am deeply committed to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Lisa Westbury

I have an office in Brighton, East Sussex and can meet up in central London

I work with professional women who want to make more of a difference in their careers or better use their creativity at work.

This could be at any stage in your career – it might be the first time you've intentionally considered matching your career with your motivations, purpose and talents – or when you are at a key transition point such as maternity or starting a business. You might want to step into a new challenge such as leadership, or use skills that you have not previously used at work.

I also help business partnerships and teams to work more productively together, understanding how to play to each other's strengths and make better use of your diversity.

I have a warm and approachable style, creating a safe space for clients to stretch into their talents and explore their range. I enjoy working creatively and with intuition, building a strong alliance with clients, encouraging them to recognise their strengths and build the confidence to work through challenges.

Andrea Anderson

Brighton, Sussex & Central London

I specialise in working with people from creative, digital, fast paced, or entrepreneurial business backgrounds. People who may be:

• Successful but frustrated and unhappy in their current career
• Full of ideas but unsure how to make them happen
• Women who have become mothers, who want an autonomous and fulfilling career that allows them to live the life they want to live now.

My style as a coach is warm, intuitive, and, at times, direct. I encourage experimentation and action. This helps the people I work with realise their potential and affirm their confidence.
