My mission is simple. I want to help successful people achieve positive and lasting change for themselves and those they interact with. Whether I am working with individuals or teams, I support people to truly live and work with passion and enjoyment, building genuine connections that not only benefit workplace performance but have a positive impact in all aspects of their lives. With over a decade of experience supporting people to overcome limiting beliefs and reach their full potential, I do this because I want to create a ripple that not only changes the lives of those that I coach, but also inspires those around them.

I specialise in coaching mid to senior level managers and leaders who are navigating change professionally and personally. I work with a mix of private and corporate clients, here in the UK and internationally.

I help people: preparing for or transitioning into a new role, taking on additional responsibilities, leading change within their organisation, looking for new opportunities, dealing with redundancy, considering a career change, or looking to improve performance.

I support my clients to develop a greater sense of self so that they can move forward in their career with clarity, alignment, and joy.

I coach individuals who are on the hunt for more fulfiling work. I offer a structured and holistic approach to help clients understand who they are and what they want as well as a process for generating new career options. Encouraging clients to push themselves beyond their comfort zone to discover opportunities and generate new perspectives is the heart of what I do.

I'm based in London but offer sessions via Zoom – many of my clients are based overseas. Typically we'll work together on a weekly basis for a minimum of 3 months.

I specialise in Professional Life Development coaching which covers Career Coaching/Career Change, Career Progression, Professional Growth, Leadership Development, Conscious Leadership, developing soft skills for workplace and life.

For me, it is about building confidence and courage. It is about helping the people I work with to become risk-takers, conscious leaders and lovers of life.

As a Coach, I work with all types of professionals from start-ups to entrepreneurs, senior and junior managers and private individuals. I try to make the coaching process challenging, honest and, above all, authentic - so I can be direct, occasionally blunt and wholly unafraid of asking difficult questions!
