Licensed Firework coaches

Donnie MacDonald

Whitstable, Kent

I work with individuals who are neurodivergent and are seeking a more fulfilling work and life.

Navigating the challenges of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can be daunting. However, by gaining self-awareness and understanding, we can mediate these challenges and allow our strengths to shine.

I create a safe place for you to explore your unique needs in life and work. My coaching style is empathic coupled with insightful questioning. I bring a calming energy to our work. As a neurodivergent coach I spot patterns and incongruences that you may not be aware of yet. I help you explore those areas that may have been derailing your previous efforts to make changes.

Rachel Schofield

London

I help smart women redesign a workable and fulfilling career path after motherhood. My clients have taken time out to raise their family and are ready to re-connect with their professional self. But simply diving back into their old industry isn’t going to cut it. They want space and support to get clear on their skills, strengths and passions, to explore other avenues and think differently.

My mission is to champion and challenge you. Help you shake off the doubts and ditch the procrastination. Reawaken your self-belief and get you in action. I am passionate about helping women not lose themselves amid the highs and lows of motherhood. I want us to be able to reconnect with who we were, finally create space to take stock, and find a realistic way to realise the dreams or ambitions we still have. There's a lot of life still to be lived as your children grow. Don't you owe it to yourself to make a conscious choice about how you spend it?

A bit about me…

Following a first career as a Nurse, I retrained in teaching adults and enjoyed a second career in training and development.

Whilst working for a national cancer charity, my role was made redundant. At the same time, I was headhunted which led to a third career in 2002 when I established and have been running my successful Coaching and Training business ever since.

Sarah Partridge

Surrey

My coaching specialisms include Private, Executive and Leadership coaching focussing on career transition, resilience building, and confidence development. I use a combination of rigorous evidence-based techniques to support my work including Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also offer Resilience and Wellbeing Workshops to enable organisations to thrive.

I have a very approachable and open coaching style, but I'm not afraid to challenge my clients if they choose to be challenged. I like to work using tried and tested tools and techniques that have psychological evidence under-pinning their efficacy.

Becky Kilsby

Exeter (UK) and via Skype or Zoom calls for other locations

As a qualified career practitioner with experience in the UK and Dubai, I coach professionals who have reached a natural hiatus in their career, especially women returning to paid employment after a break, expats in transition to new locations, and 'escapees' wanting to explore a second or third more fulfilling career direction. I've developed 3 successful careers over 3 decades and across 2 continents, so I understand change and how to re-design life to match how we evolve over time.

As a career change coach I'm approachable, creative and focused. With a positive and global outlook, I love helping clients ignite their values, recognise their achievements and purpose to re-design the life and work in which they can thrive.

Andrea Anderson

Brighton, Sussex & Central London

I specialise in working with people from creative, digital, fast paced, or entrepreneurial business backgrounds. People who may be:

• Successful but frustrated and unhappy in their current career
• Full of ideas but unsure how to make them happen
• Women who have become mothers, who want an autonomous and fulfilling career that allows them to live the life they want to live now.

My style as a coach is warm, intuitive, and, at times, direct. I encourage experimentation and action. This helps the people I work with realise their potential and affirm their confidence.

Anne Rae

Twickenham, Middlesex (Greater London)

I work predominantly with women who are looking to launch themselves into a new career, often after a period of time at home. I help them define what they want from their work and life going forward and support them in creating detailed plans about how to achieve their objectives. I am passionate about helping believe that it is possible to have a new career at any phase of their life.

I also work with clients in demanding, sometimes new role roles who are seeking success and confidence at work, whilst balancing their life outside work.

I have a warm, supportive and non-judgemental approach. I help clients keep alive what it is that they dream of for themselves and encourage them to 'play big'. Clients say that I am insightful, a good listener, empathetic and encouraging.

Jessica Harley

West Sussex

Based in West Sussex, UK, I work with London based clients as well as UK and worldwide clients online. My career coaching services help graduates, young professionals, leaders, parents, and business owners become happier, less stressed, and more successful. I provide clients with the time and space to focus on what they want to achieve and find fulfilment in their work.

I provide 1:1 career coaching for young and mid-career professionals who find themselves at a transition point in their career. My approach is flexible and bespoke to each individual’s needs. I work with clients to develop more self-confidence, identify their next steps, clarify their direction, and define their career aspirations. In order to respond to clients in many different locations, I normally coach using Zoom or Google Meet.
