Kori Burkholder is a Certified Professional Career and Life Coach, artist and facilitator of Self-Discovery Creative workshops. As a Career Transition Coach, she works with mid-career professionals who are no longer connected or inspired by their work and want to discover and transition into a new direction that’s more purposeful and rewarding, even if they don't know what it is! Kori has an extensive background in the creative/marketing/entertainment field and has transitioned careers many times over the last 20 years. Kori believes that work should be fun, fulfilling and rewarding.
Michelle Bayley
I specialise in career transition coaching and train other coaches to use the Firework career change process. Over the past 13 years I've worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including:
- 30 and 40 somethings who feel their current work isn't what they want to do until they retire;
- women with young families who want work that fits better with the rest of their life;
- 20 somethings who have fallen into work that they know isn't the right match for them; and
- people of all ages who want to feel they're doing something more purposeful than their current job.
I also work with people who want to get a promotion, who have recently moved from management to leadership or who want to improve any aspect of their current work. And I do general life coaching, helping people to find a way forward with anything, from a relationship issue to improving their confidence and generally living a happier life.

Liz Taplin
Liz is a full-time life coach serving the teaching profession, where she loves working with clients asking the big questions such as ‘What should I do with my life?’ The majority of her current work focuses on supporting teachers who are seeking career-change. With forty years of teaching experience across all age sectors (including leadership and teacher training) and having trained with some of the world’s leading coaching organisations, Liz is well-placed to serve her audience. I work with professionals in their 30s, 40s and 50s to reinvent their careers into something they love.
When clients come to me, they say things like "I'm successful at what I do, but it's never really felt like 'me', or "I've always felt like a bit of an 'imposter' at work, and I'm worn out." I also work with women with young families who say "I'm ready for something for me again." They are ready for a change, after having taken a career break to focus on family. However, the career they had before having a family is no longer a good fit for their lives.
