Marie-Louise Pereira

France

I help individuals between thirty - fifty free themselves from a stressful work environment and find a meaningful and passion driven job that leads them to more serenity.
My clients gain more confidence and self-esteem in their capabilities, strengths, competencies, personal values...

I use the Co-Active model (co-creation with the DOING and the BEING) and use mindset strategies that help clients to move forward faster. I also work with the body as a tool (feelings, emotions...) to uncover their truth.

Ruth Starsmeare

Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Dorset

I specialise in career change coaching for Teachers looking to leave the classroom.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions either face to face or using Zoom that will take you through a structured approach, so that you can figure out your life and career goals, your values and your motivations and understand what gives you energy. Alongside your skills and experience, we will look at what that means in terms of career options and we'll develop an action plan to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

In addition, I offer Career Change Workshops designed to take you through that structured approach in a one day intensive group session.  These will be face to face in various locations in the Wessex area.  See my website for the latest dates/venues.

Sarah Partridge

Surrey

My coaching specialisms include Private, Executive and Leadership coaching focussing on career transition, resilience building, and confidence development. I use a combination of rigorous evidence-based techniques to support my work including Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also offer Resilience and Wellbeing Workshops to enable organisations to thrive.

I have a very approachable and open coaching style, but I'm not afraid to challenge my clients if they choose to be challenged. I like to work using tried and tested tools and techniques that have psychological evidence under-pinning their efficacy.

Britta Siggelkow

London

As a career and leadership coach I specialise in one-to-one coaching for mid-career AEC professionals in the built environment - architects, engineers and construction professionals - who look for independent, confidential support outside of their workplace to gain more clarity and focus and better results in their working life.

Both my personal and working life experience – including more than 25 years professional experience as architect (employed & self employed) in 3 different countries and transition to professional coaching at mid-career – provide me with a great understanding of the challenges that mid-career AEC professionals face when supporting my clients on their own journeys of exploring career options, possible transitions and individual leadership challenges.

I work in a collaborative style with my clients with the coaching tailored to the individual’s needs, which is highly supportive whilst challenging.

Jane Owen

London (West & Central), Surrey & East Berkshire

With 10 years plus experience as a transition coach, I work with a wide range of individuals including graduates looking for their first role, postgraduates looking to alter their career path, women returning to work and executives looking for their next career, in short, anyone who is looking for more career satisfaction. I particularly like working with individuals to increase their confidence.

My style is empathetic and genuine and I provide a safe space for you to think differently. I work with the whole of you, your thoughts feelings and behaviours and provide support and challenge through tried and tested coaching interventions to clarify your options and take positive steps forward to achieving your goals; in other words, I hold your hand while you find your way because you cannot teach someone, you can only help them to learn for themselves.

Jill Walker

Ireland

I specialise in coaching two groups of people - CEOs, founders and C suite executives who want more meaning or balance in their lives or who want to use their talents in a different way.

I also work with high achieving, hard working women who know they are holding themselves back in some way in their work or their life. I help you bring out the kick ass woman in you and help you achieve what you REALLY want from your "one wild and precious life" (Mary Oliver, poet).

Kate Cusack

Brighton, East Sussex, UK

I am a Life and Career Coach, based in Brighton, UK. I work 1:1 with clients locally, or with clients from all over the world using telephone or Skype.

I work with anyone who feels they would like more meaning and fulfilment from their career, but isn’t exactly sure what that career is, or how to get there. I get huge satisfaction from helping clients go from confusion to clarity on which direction to take in their career, to achieve true happiness and satisfaction from their work.

I love working with the Firework Programme because it uses unique and varied exercises to uncover who you are and what really makes you tick, so you can address the question of what career is really right for you, based on an in-depth awareness of what you need to be truly happy, both in your life and your career.

Nick Harris

Suffolk

Do you find yourself at a crossroads? Are you still looking to secure that dream job or are you facing important choices about the direction your working life will take? How should you deal with workplace challenges or find the right balance between work and family? How would you feel if you had a more satisfying and rewarding career?

I have coached a variety of individuals in areas like career development, promotion, coping with redundancy, making a career change, managing anxiety or stress and those returning to work after a career break.

Very often I speak to people who are miserable in their job or are unhappy with where they are, but they don’t know what to do, and they don’t see that they have choices. The initial focus for the coaching is therefore often around building confidence in order to create options.

I can then help you to reconnect with your strengths, expertise and capabilities because often people can lose sight of what they’ve achieved in the past when a job has become unsatisfying.

Heidi-Mai Warren MSc PCC CPCC

Dubai, UAE; UK; Europe & US

As a Certified Life and Career Coach I support clients through challenging life and career decisions, with either personalised Life Coaching sessions, or a more structured 12-week Career Transition Programme.

Currently based in Dubai and with the benefit of modern technology, I work with men and women residing in the Middle East, UK, US and further afield. The one thing my clients have in common is that, despite being successful, they find themselves in a place of transition, feeling stuck, overwhelmed and unsure about what to do next in their personal lives or professional careers.
