Heidi-Mai Warren MSc PCC CPCC

Dubai, UAE; UK; Europe & US

As a Certified Life and Career Coach I support clients through challenging life and career decisions, with either personalised Life Coaching sessions, or a more structured 12-week Career Transition Programme.

Currently based in Dubai and with the benefit of modern technology, I work with men and women residing in the Middle East, UK, US and further afield. The one thing my clients have in common is that, despite being successful, they find themselves in a place of transition, feeling stuck, overwhelmed and unsure about what to do next in their personal lives or professional careers.

Alice Stapleton

London, UK

Alice specialises in coaching individuals in their 20s and 30s who wish to identify a new career that offers them meaning, purpose, and fulfilment. Her 12-session Career Coaching package is perfect for those to want to change career but have little, or no idea, what they want to do instead.

Alice works specifically with graduates who want help finding work they’ll love after university, as well as early career changers and parents returning to work who want to do something different but don’t know where to start in making a shift into a more meaningful career.

Alice is a friendly coach in her 30s, who brings openness and professionalism to her coaching. She offers a safe, non-judgemental space for you to really explore what you want next from your career. Sessions are designed to challenge and stretch you so that you get the most from your investment. She’s a great listener with a positive and supportive approach when it comes to her belief in clients to achieve their career goals.

Juliette Dyke

Sussex, UK

I help women find meaningful work they love through 1:1 coaching and online courses, showing them how to identify a new career path and create an action plan. I also use positive psychology principles and counselling skills to help clients overcome their fears and create a more positive mindset.

Previous clients have said that as a coach I'm able to be supportive and insightful, yet am not afraid to gently challenge when needed and get them thinking in new and more empowering ways.

Gillian McDonagh

Kent, London and the South East

We spend a high proportion of our waking hours at work and I believe that this should be both enjoyable and rewarding. With a focus on excellent performance I work with my clients to identify and apply the best version of themselves, regularly and consistently.

My clients range from graduates looking to be sure of which direction to take, promising talent dissatisfied or frustrated in their current role, returning mothers seeking to build confidence and find work that supports their life as a whole to people who have been in the same employment for over 20 years and are now considering a complete change in direction.

I use the Firework Programme as an opportunity to stop and take stock of who you are, what’s important to you and how you can best reflect this in your work. This may well results in a complete change of direction but it can also lead to simply redesigning a current role – or even looking closely at how you turn up at work and how to get the most from it.

Gemma Rogers

Cheltenham

I support adults through mid-life career change and students reconsidering their direction during or after University.

Wherever you are in life, you want to make a change in your career, but don’t know how or where to start. Perhaps you’re experiencing a lack of confidence and sense of feeling stuck. Having experienced my own sense of unease within my previous career in fashion, I understand that change can feel big and scary! I attribute my big career shift down to my own work through the Firework programme.

I became a licenced Firework Career Change Coach in 2018 and am also a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Children's and Young Person's Counsellor. Change often comes with a lot of anxiety and stress and I combine my coaching with more therapeutic work to support you through the challenges you face.

Anne De Smet

Michelle Bayley

Based in Twickenham, West London. Work with London based, UK-wide and overseas clients.

I specialise in career transition coaching and train other coaches to use the Firework career change process. Over the past 13 years I've worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including:

  • 30 and 40 somethings who feel their current work isn't what they want to do until they retire;
  • women with young families who want work that fits better with the rest of their life;
  • 20 somethings who have fallen into work that they know isn't the right match for them; and
  • people of all ages who want to feel they're doing something more purposeful than their current job.

I also work with people who want to get a promotion, who have recently moved from management to leadership or who want to improve any aspect of their current work. And I do general life coaching, helping people to find a way forward with anything, from a relationship issue to improving their confidence and generally living a happier life.

Britta Siggelkow

As a career and leadership coach I specialise in one-to-one coaching for mid-career AEC professionals in the built environment - architects, engineers and construction professionals - who look for independent, confidential support outside of their workplace to gain more clarity and focus and better results in their working life.

Both my personal and working life experience – including more than 25 years professional experience as architect (employed & self employed) in 3 different countries and transition to professional coaching at mid-career – provide me with a great understanding of the challenges that mid-career AEC professionals face when supporting my clients on their own journeys of exploring career options, possible transitions and individual leadership challenges.

I work in a collaborative style with my clients with the coaching tailored to the individual’s needs, which is highly supportive whilst challenging.
