Nicola Moss

Dorset, UK

I work as a Systemic Coach and Constellations Practitioner supporting individuals and heart-led businesses to clear energetic blockages and illuminate their path forward.

What does it mean to work systemically?

Each of us belongs to a multitude of systems; the family we’re born into, the friendships we cultivate, the teams we work with, and the cultures and communities we engage with.

The overlapping beliefs, standards, values and expectations that we inherit from these systems shape our emotional DNA, and, therefore can inform our dynamics and behaviours invisibly from behind the scenes.

Systemic coaching invites us to look under the surface of these relationships and explore the ways in which our internal and external worlds interact with each other. Through tapping into our embodied sense of knowing we can access information about where and how we stand in connection to it all; and most importantly, we can make changes.

Maria Smart

London, Surrey, Sussex

I work with people who find themselves at transition points in their careers. This includes exploring career direction and supporting managers and leaders to develop their management, leadership and business skills so they can progress in their chosen career.  While the backgrounds and career paths may vary the golden thread is they all want to be fulfilled in their work and are committed to making a change.
I work with:
• People seeking to explore a change in career direction
• First time managers
• People who have stepped from management into a leadership position
• People wanting to develop key skills
I am passionate about helping others realise their potential, develop and succeed in their chosen career, afterall we spend too much time at work not to be happy.

Vicki Marinker

London, UK

I coach female PR and communications professionals to get confident & clear about their careers, and be the stand-out candidate for the jobs they really want

My coaching is candid, compassionate, practical and fun. I offer a mix of reflective coaching to get you thinking, and training to get you moving.

Together we’ll figure things out, through discussion and looking at different perspectives. I shine a light on things you might not be able to see for yourself.

Once you’re clear about your direction, we can move into action. That’s where my recruitment experience comes in. I can help you take the practical steps to move you forward.

Nick Harris

Suffolk

Do you find yourself at a crossroads? Are you still looking to secure that dream job or are you facing important choices about the direction your working life will take? How should you deal with workplace challenges or find the right balance between work and family? How would you feel if you had a more satisfying and rewarding career?

I have coached a variety of individuals in areas like career development, promotion, coping with redundancy, making a career change, managing anxiety or stress and those returning to work after a career break.

Very often I speak to people who are miserable in their job or are unhappy with where they are, but they don’t know what to do, and they don’t see that they have choices. The initial focus for the coaching is therefore often around building confidence in order to create options.

I can then help you to reconnect with your strengths, expertise and capabilities because often people can lose sight of what they’ve achieved in the past when a job has become unsatisfying.

Jill Walker

Ireland

I specialise in coaching two groups of people - CEOs, founders and C suite executives who want more meaning or balance in their lives or who want to use their talents in a different way.

I also work with high achieving, hard working women who know they are holding themselves back in some way in their work or their life. I help you bring out the kick ass woman in you and help you achieve what you REALLY want from your "one wild and precious life" (Mary Oliver, poet).

Lindsay Wittenberg

London

I coach for development and transformation. I take psychological and systemic approaches, and aim to enable lasting change by going beyond what presents on the surface so that my clients achieve the results they want with confidence. My coaching approach is characterised by: a belief in the client’s potential; building on strengths; the importance of the coach-client relationship and the trust inherent in that; focus on the here and now through awareness and mindfulness (moment-to-moment awareness of one’s experience, with no judgment); a holistic perspective; and a creative, experimental attitude. My clients speak of me as challenging and supportive, caring and tough, dynamic and deep, positive, warm and insightful.

Sarah Foxlee

London

I coach creative and socially conscious professionals to achieve career fulfillment through coaching and training.

My coaching style depends on the client - I can provide 'pure' coaching for those who need headspace to think through career problems, or a more structured career change programme for those who need more guidance. I also also provide coachees with CV, covering letter and interview practice support as they start applying for their next role.
