We spend a high proportion of our waking hours at work and I believe that this should be both enjoyable and rewarding. With a focus on excellent performance I work with my clients to identify and apply the best version of themselves, regularly and consistently.
My clients range from graduates looking to be sure of which direction to take, promising talent dissatisfied or frustrated in their current role, returning mothers seeking to build confidence and find work that supports their life as a whole to people who have been in the same employment for over 20 years and are now considering a complete change in direction.
I use the Firework Programme as an opportunity to stop and take stock of who you are, what’s important to you and how you can best reflect this in your work. This may well results in a complete change of direction but it can also lead to simply redesigning a current role – or even looking closely at how you turn up at work and how to get the most from it.
Jo Ball
I work predominantly with people who want to make a positive difference in their lives and for those around them. I often work with creatives, people from a social care or voluntary sector background, changemakers and those interested in carving their own path.
I offer 1-1 coaching for mothers and also offer Firework for mothers returning to work.
In addition, I specialise in working with people who want to develop their inner resources to sustain themselves whilst creating external change.
My style is warm, collaborative, intuitive, flexible and creative. I love to work in-depth so, alongside your plan for a future career, you have the opportunity to develop practices and strategies that will support you as you step into your future. Getting the right balance of challenge and support can make a huge difference as you work towards a career transition so we work together to ensure this.
Barbara Greenway
My business experience and coaching focus is very much on personal and organisational development and the corresponding change management processes, and on delivering coaching interventions to improve resilience, performance and leadership capability. I also specialises in coaching individuals to develop an authentic leadership presence, particularly those moving from middle to senior management or into a Board level role.
I provide a calm and constructive coaching environment in which clients feel at ease and able to be honest about how they are feeling about their work and their lives. I bring wisdom and kindness into the space, letting in the light that enables clients to tap into their own authentic resourcefulness and to create a better future for themselves.
