Licensed Firework coaches

Joanna Stokes

North Yorkshire

I'm a leadership and career coach that helps Further Education professionals to break free of a job they don’t enjoy, that’s not aligned with their values, and that’s making them unhappy so they can feel motivated, energised, and excited about their career again.

I have successfully reinvented my career three times and know firsthand what it is like to be unhappy at work. I am now in my third and final career as a coach and exactly where I am meant to be. My extensive experience as a career changer and my coaching expertise, training, and knowledge add huge value to the quality of the programme.

Gareth Banner

Based in Surrey, UK. I work with London based as well as UK and worldwide clients via Skype.

I coach across the management spectrum and enjoy engaging with those in line for promotion or who have just been promoted. I have coached senior leaders in schools.

With many year's experience of Government service and having navigated my way through career transition, I have a deep interest in helping and supporting all individuals leaving the Armed Forces, Police, Civil Service and other uniformed services.

I am interested in personal and professional career development and change. My style is authentic, engaging, non-judgemental and totally supportive. With a focus entirely on the individual, I will encourage but also challenge appropriately when it is needed. My interest is my clients' interest.

Marie de Champchesnel

London

After more than 20 years of experience in the Arts & Creative Industry, I found myself stuck and lost in a career that was no longer my passion. So I understand first-hand the pain, uncertainty and fear that can come with changing your career path.

Drawing on my own experience as well as a tried and tested framework and tools, I coach women in their 30s & 40s who struggle to recognise their own abilities and achievements.

I have an inside-out approach and offer 1:1 online coaching programmes from one month to 6 months engagement to help women to go from lost and unhappy to having clarity and confidence in their career path by reconnecting to their authentic self.

Dan Beverly

London, UK

Hi. My name’s Dan Beverly and I’m a Leadership & Performance Coach. And very simply: I help professional women achieve their highest potential.

And for some of my clients that plays-out as a new job or promotion. For others, it’s about a complete shift in career or business. Whilst for others, it’s just about excelling in who they are and what they do.

But what unites all my clients is that they come to me at a pivotal moment in their careers. A moment that will really define their success – and their path for the next 5 – 10 years.

And in that pivotal moment, I inspire my clients to play full out.

Because there’s only ever one challenge for us all. Being more of who we already are. And so, my leadership coaching approach revolves strongly around the 3 core themes of: Reinvention + Creativity + Ownership

Pheona Croom-Johnson

Surrey, UK

I am a coach, a team coach and a supervisor.

In coaching I work in four areas with individuals:

1. Thought Partner (asking challenging questions, supporting reflection and moving swiftly to action).

2. People Leaders (helping devise strategies and ways of working to enable people/teams/organisations to be and do all they need to do and be)

3. Professionals (without purpose and clear motivation how can you know what to build to provide a fulfilling life and career?).

Jessica Harley

My career coaching services help graduates, young professionals, leaders, parents, and business owners become happier, less stressed, and more successful. I provide clients with the time and space to focus on what they want to achieve and find fulfilment in their work.

I provide 1:1 career coaching for young and mid-career professionals who find themselves at a transition point in their career. My approach is flexible and bespoke to each individual’s needs. I work with clients to develop more self-confidence, identify their next steps, clarify their direction, and define their career aspirations. In order to respond to clients in many different locations, I normally coach using Zoom or Google Meet.

My mission is to help professionals step into the fullness of their potential, whether that means a career change, career development or workplace coaching.

Using a holistic approach, I help my clients to develop meaningful careers that fit within the wider context of their lives.  I empower them to achieve their goals, honour their priorities and express their values and passions at work.

I help leaders and executives to facilitate growth and positive change within their organisations with confidence, empathy and resilience.

My approach is highly supportive and empathetic in nature whilst also very practical. As a former Occupational Therapist, I understand the impact of meaningful occupation on our whole lives and this holistic approach is woven throughout my practice.

Claire Bolsover

Kent, UK

As a career transition & life coach and hypnotherapist I work with individuals who
• feel stuck in their job/career, are no longer finding it fulfilling and don’t know how to change it; or
• are facing the possibility of redundancy or changes at work are meaning that they are moving on but are not sure they want to jump into the same job again; or
• have had their “is this really it” moment realising they don’t want to continue on the same career path for another 20 years but don’t know how to step onto a different path.

This may be about making a total career change or it could be about tweaking what you currently do - where you work, who you work with etc - to make a meaningful change.

Often my clients notice a change in their wellbeing either at home/ work or both and know they want to change something.

Lindsay Wittenberg

London

I coach for development and transformation. I take psychological and systemic approaches, and aim to enable lasting change by going beyond what presents on the surface so that my clients achieve the results they want with confidence. My coaching approach is characterised by: a belief in the client’s potential; building on strengths; the importance of the coach-client relationship and the trust inherent in that; focus on the here and now through awareness and mindfulness (moment-to-moment awareness of one’s experience, with no judgment); a holistic perspective; and a creative, experimental attitude. My clients speak of me as challenging and supportive, caring and tough, dynamic and deep, positive, warm and insightful.
