Jessica Farrell

London

I specialise in creative leadership, team and career development. I work primarily with leaders and managers in the creative industries, having spent the first 18 years of my own career working in creative, media and technology companies.

My special interests lie in supporting leaders and teams navigating high pressure and fast changing environments, managing challenging relationships and stress. We might focus on developing self awareness and calibrating your impact, managing energy and priorities, maintaining confidence and resilience or work/life balance.

Clients often come to me at a turning point in their career - planning a new direction, a promotion and increased responsibility, navigating peak delivery time, leading a new team or leading organisational changes.

Claire Bolsover

Kent, UK

As a career transition & life coach and hypnotherapist I work with individuals who
• feel stuck in their job/career, are no longer finding it fulfilling and don’t know how to change it; or
• are facing the possibility of redundancy or changes at work are meaning that they are moving on but are not sure they want to jump into the same job again; or
• have had their “is this really it” moment realising they don’t want to continue on the same career path for another 20 years but don’t know how to step onto a different path.

This may be about making a total career change or it could be about tweaking what you currently do - where you work, who you work with etc - to make a meaningful change.

Often my clients notice a change in their wellbeing either at home/ work or both and know they want to change something.

Anna Colebourne

London and Surrey

I specialise in career transition, using the Firework programme to help individuals figure out what their dream job is and how to get there. With 20 years experience in coaching, I am passionate about helping people achieve career satisfaction and success, enabling them to discover their natural strengths, and be in harmony with their talents, values, visions and goals.

My bespoke coaching is designed to overcome self-limiting beliefs, help people perform at a higher level and achieve their goals faster. I challenge my clients to help them understand what they really want from a career, and to help them follow through with the changes they commit to.

I also work with individuals who want to improve their performance at work, achieve a promotion, increase their confidence or get back on their feet after redundancy.

Contact me when you don't want to spend any more time looking at job ads and feeling disheartened. The jobs you're qualified for, you're not really interested in and the ones you ARE interested in, you're not really qualified for.

You've been thinking about a career change for a while (maybe years!) but you've no idea what else you can - or want to do. You might not even be 100% sure you want to make a change.

I was a psychology teacher and academic for 13 years before I made a change so I understand what it's like.

I'd no problem gathering information but I struggled to bring it all together into a realistic career option and a concrete plan.

That's why I trained as a Firework coach on top of my initial coach training: I wanted to provide a step-by-step, doable approach to career change at midlife. Firework's well-established framework, tools and techniques mean I can provide my clients with next-level support.

Marie-Louise Pereira

I help individuals between thirty - fifty free themselves from a stressful work environment and find a meaningful and passion driven job that leads them to more serenity.
My clients gain more confidence and self-esteem in their capabilities, strengths, competencies, personal values...

I use the Co-Active model (co-creation with the DOING and the BEING) and use mindset strategies that help clients to move forward faster. I also work with the body as a tool (feelings, emotions...) to uncover their truth.

Beverley Acton

London, UK

I design coaching programmes for people who want to develop personally and professionally. To feel motivated, happy, and fulfilled in their careers and lives.

I work with private clients and organisations investing in their people and teams in the following ways:

1) Career change, transition & alignment programmes

2) Coaching for managers & leadership development

3) Working with teams & relationships

I do this work because I love seeing people embrace the fullness of who they are. When we become more confident, resilient, and aware of our strengths, magic happens and it’s a joy to watch that unfold.

Ruth Starsmeare

I specialise in career change coaching for Teachers looking to leave the classroom.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions either face to face or using Zoom that will take you through a structured approach, so that you can figure out your life and career goals, your values and your motivations and understand what gives you energy. Alongside your skills and experience, we will look at what that means in terms of career options and we'll develop an action plan to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be.

In addition, I offer Career Change Workshops designed to take you through that structured approach in a one day intensive group session.  These will be face to face in various locations in the Wessex area.  See my website for the latest dates/venues.
