I am a Life and Career Coach, based in Brighton, UK. I work 1:1 with clients locally, or with clients from all over the world using telephone or Skype.

I work with anyone who feels they would like more meaning and fulfilment from their career, but isn’t exactly sure what that career is, or how to get there. I get huge satisfaction from helping clients go from confusion to clarity on which direction to take in their career, to achieve true happiness and satisfaction from their work.

I love working with the Firework Programme because it uses unique and varied exercises to uncover who you are and what really makes you tick, so you can address the question of what career is really right for you, based on an in-depth awareness of what you need to be truly happy, both in your life and your career.

I offer a space within which you are able to share, explore and develop action plans for the career opportunities or challenges that you face, based on a trusted and confidential relationship. I have personally experienced the highs and lows of the career cycle across professional and financial services organisations, the impact it can have on other domains of life and the importance of maintaining perspective and well-being. The decisions will always be yours to make; my role is to ask the right questions to help make your decisions as informed as possible.

I work with professionals in their 30s, 40s and 50s to reinvent their careers into something they love.

When clients come to me, they say things like "I'm successful at what I do, but it's never really felt like 'me', or "I've always felt like a bit of an 'imposter' at work, and I'm worn out." I also work with women with young families who say "I'm ready for something for me again." They are ready for a change, after having taken a career break to focus on family. However, the career they had before having a family is no longer a good fit for their lives.

I offer bespoke executive coaching both face-to-face and remotely in central London, and internationally for Board Directors, Partners of Professional Service Firms, Senior Leaders and their Teams. Typically, I work with individuals at a point of personal or professional transition: newly promoted leaders; executives returning to work after extended absence or at a point of inflection where there are signs of a pattern of declining leadership/managerial performance.

I normally start with an assessment tool which enables me to tailor my approach to you and your situation. I draw on my learning and development background and business and coaching experience to meet you at your level, challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone in order to help you succeed.
