Before specialising as an executive coach, I worked as a senior HR professional for major blue chip global matrix organisations concentrating on recruitment, change management, acquisition and divestment, post merger integration, talent and performance management. I have worked in manufacturing, commercial, sales and professional services environments including well known brands such as Bayer, ICI, Syngenta, Siemens and Unigate. I also have experience of building supplies, engineering and banking sectors.
I am a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Master Practitioner in NLP.
I work primarily with clients who are in a career transition. I tackle each stage of the career transition process, from creating professional goals; to working toward a promotion or into a new position; to completing a 180 degree career shift. I am also a mum of twins and work directly with Mums who are struggling with both career transition and embracing their newfound identities.
