My specialty is working with experienced professionals who are at a mid-life or career crossroads who are re-evaluating what they want from their careers and who want a coach to partner with to reconnect them with their strengths, talents and motivations - and to find (or reignite) their professional “mojo”. Some clients already know that they are ready to make a change whilst others simply want to explore the options or make positive changes in their careers. I also work with professionals who are in the latter part of their career who are considering what it is they want for the final furlong of their working lives.
